Her seminal book, Justice in the Modern Era: Constitutional Interpretation and Its Impact, explores the evolving nature of constitutional interpretation in contemporary legal systems and has been widely acclaimed for its insightful analysis and comprehensive research. In addition to this landmark publication, Kelly has authored numerous articles and book chapters that have shaped the discourse in legal theory and practice.
